There are THREE ways of finding jobs in Linkedin.

1. Suggestions by Linkedin app:

Based on your profile, Linkedin automatically suggests some suitable jobs to you. There is a tab on the top of your profile named "JOBS" (shown in below picture) where you can click and find the suggested jobs. After getting the results, you can click on the suitable job opening and go through the job description. If you find it suitable, you an apply for it.

2. Use search option:

At the top of the profile, a search option is there. If you want to search job in any specific domain or field, you can type it and search. There is an option to find jobs in specific location also for better choice. Search results will appear as below mentioned image.

3. Search jobs by Company:

Linkedin offers you the facility to find a job as per your choice of company. For example, you can find suitable opening for any specific company if they have any. To do so, you need to put the company name in the search box at the top right corner of your profile. It gives you a result of that company page where you can find a tab with "jobs". Click on that and you will go to the job posting page of that company and apply for the same. Below image will help you to get more clarity.

How to Apply for jobs:


There are TWO ways to apply for jobs in Linkedin

1. Direct Apply:

Here you have to fill up a form provided by the company to apply for the job. It takes some time to complete the procedure.

2. Easy Apply:

It is comparatively easy and you need to click on the Easy Apply button and rest part is some clicks away. But in this case, your profile is the key to get noticed by the recruiter. Because, there is no form or link where you can update your professional experience or educational details.

During the job application, this application shows how many connections are working there in that specific organization. You can always ask recommendations from them or ask them to refer you for that position. Believe me that really works.
